Getting Here

Arrival Made Simple

Follow the posted signs and guidance from TerraNova attendants when you arrive. The team will help direct you to parking, shuttle service, and the main spectator areas.

Enter from Clay Gully Road and follow the posted spectator parking signs.

Park

General parking is available in designated grass lots. Accessible parking is available in the paved lot.

Complimentary shuttles circulate between spectator parking and the main guest entrance.

Watch From Ringside

General admission is free, and no ticket is required to enjoy the action from public spectator areas.

General Seating

Public bleacher seating provides an up-close view of the competition. Availability may vary by showground area, so guests should follow posted signage and staff direction.

Pavilion Experiences

Pavilion dining and reserved seating are offered separately on select dates and require advance purchase. Availability and offerings vary throughout the season.

What to Wear

Dress for a Day Outdoors

TerraNova is an outdoor destination. Choose comfortable shoes suitable for walking across grass and paved paths, and dress for the day’s weather.

Sun protection is recommended on bright days. A rain jacket or poncho can be helpful when rain is expected. Business casual attire is recommended for pavilion dining experiences.

Food and Concessions

Food trucks and concessions may be available during public spectator days. Offerings and operating hours vary.

Public Restrooms

Public restrooms are located across from the Pavilion near the vendor area. Additional restrooms are available inside the show office building.

Accessibility

A Welcome Place for Every Guest

Accessible parking is available in the paved lot. Notify a parking attendant when you arrive so the team can direct you to the appropriate area.

Guests may use the complimentary shuttle or follow the paved pathways to the main spectator areas. A wheelchair lift is located to the right of the Pavilion’s main entrance, and accessible restroom stalls are available.

Pavilion Seating

Guests requiring accessible pavilion seating should provide that information when completing their reservation.

Assistance

TerraNova staff and parking attendants are available to help guests navigate the showgrounds.

Children and Pets Are Welcome

Children

Children are welcome at TerraNova and should remain supervised throughout their visit. Tiny Town provides a free play area when it is open. Please respect the space and leave toys and activity areas as you found them.

Pets

Well behaved dogs are permitted on a leash. Dogs are not allowed inside restrooms or the show office. Owners must clean up after their pets and prevent them from distracting horses or other guests.

Know Before You Go

Photography and Video

Casual phone photography is welcome. Anyone planning to use a camera with a detachable lens for photography or video must complete the required media application and provide the required documentation before arriving.

Public Areas

Guests should remain within public viewing and visitor areas and follow all posted signage and instructions from TerraNova staff.

Restricted Areas

Competition barns and designated competition areas are restricted to authorized personnel. Do not enter barns or approach horses unless invited during an approved public experience.
