Riders ages ten to seventeen bring their own mini horse or pony, or use one of ours, for a week of trick training that ends in a musical showcase.

04

Picnics with the Ponies

Scheduled community gatherings that provide guided access to the TerraNova grounds alongside the miniature herd, open to families and groups who are new to horses.

Community Partnership

A 4H Program Rooted in the Herd

Equilibrium is extending its work with Myakka City Elementary School into a community program built around agriculture, education and service.

4H at Equilibrium

Equilibrium at TerraNova is launching a community 4H program in partnership with Megan Hennessy Sequin, Instructional Coach and MTSS Facilitator at Myakka City Elementary School. The program is focused on agriculture, education and service, built around the TerraNova miniature horse herd.

Libby Neily

Director of Equine Programs

With over forty years in the horse industry, Libby has competed in disciplines including hunter jumpers, reining and ranch riding. After years of teaching students to become better riders, her passion now is fostering a deeper connection between horses and humans that goes beyond time in the saddle.

The foundation of Libby’s program is helping students develop a compassionate partnership built on understanding how horses think and communicate. She is a Certified Equine Assisted Learning Instructor and the founder of The Mindful Horse Program, a mindfulness based curriculum teaching connected horsemanship to children and adults.
