Media credentials are only granted to those with an eligible assignment letter from a publication. A separate request must be submitted for each person, and it may take 48 hours or more from submitting the credential form to getting a pass printed and available for pick up. Questions can be emailed to marketing@terranovaequestrian.com.
By applying for and accepting a media credential, you agree that the pass will be used for news reporting purposes only. Photographers using a media pass may only use their photos for media usage; photos and video cannot be sold or given away to exhibitors. If you are a private photographer or agency representing an athlete or brand, you must complete the private photography form instead.
Private client photographers may not apply for media credentials. Private client photographers may shoot up to 5 clients per show week with payment of the weekly fee and proof of insurance; all clients must be listed in advance on the application. Private photographers may enter the ring only for awards presentations. On-site sales and solicitation of services are prohibited, and supplied credentials must be worn at all times.
Anyone, including hobbyists and family, who intends to shoot photos or video with a detachable-lens camera must complete the form, pay the weekly fee, and provide proof of insurance. Once approved, hobbyists and family may take pictures but must stand back 10 feet from the arena fence at all times for safety, and may not sell any images captured. The official photographer reserves the right to ask other photographers and media to move to another location.
Please note: private photography is prohibited at TerraNova Dressage events. These rules are strictly enforced.
