Peter Holmes (CAN) put forward a challenging track for the title competition with international athletes such as Bliss Heers (USA), David Blake (IRL), and Richie Maloney (IRL) as just several of the names in the field. Posting no faults over the fences and a tidy time of 40.730 seconds, Cramer’s performance with 12-year-old KWPN gelding (Luidam x Otangelo) he co-owns with Lacy Cramer and Equi-Sport, LLC, resulted in the winning result.

Blake’s fault-free effort in 42.040 seconds with the Chatwood Farms LLC’s 11-year-old Oldenburg gelding by Conthargos x Chacco-Blue, Conblue, proved good enough for the runner-up position, while Isabel Coxe (USA) ticked another spot on the podium for the home nation with a time of 44.560 seconds and third place with 5 Roosters’ 12-year-old KWPN gelding by VDL Zirocco Blue x Diarado, Incredible Bleu.
